Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.
This event will go from 3:30-8:30 PM.

Friday (9/24)
Great Race Packet Pick-up.
There are two times available to help out:
9:30-11:30 AM
2:30-4:30 PM

Saturday (9/25)
Great Race Finish Line Set-up.
This event will go from 10:30 AM-1:30 PM.

Sunday (9/26)
Great Race Finish Line.
This event will go from 6:30 AM-12:00 PM.

Forms for InterPack are due by next meeting Tuesday 9/28.

Wednesday (9/15)

• Family House, we’ll be making dinner for the families that stay here while they have someone in the hospital. Meet @ 4:45 PM.

Thursday (9/16)

• Pitt Volleyball Game and Spirit Contest (White Out). Come help us try and win some funds for our club. Meet @ 6:15 PM

Sunday (9/19)

• Jr. Great Race, we’ll be handing out refreshments. Meet @ 9:30 AM – Ends @ 2 pm. Bring your Pitt ID we’ll be taking the bus.

Tuesday (9/21)

• Great Race Packet Stuffing. Meet @ 2:30 PM – Ends around 5 PM. Bring your Pitt ID we’ll be taking the bus.

New Member Orientation
This Saturday 9/18/10

1-3 PM
This event is for freshman and upper classmen that are new to Circle K. We’ll have snacks and a game to help you learn more about Circle K. If attending and have not sign up RSVP ASAP.

Friday Oct. 22- Sunday Oct. 24
This is an overnight service camping trip for all Circle K Clubs in PA.
Sign-up forms can be picked up at any meeting and are attached to this email. They are due in 2 weeks.

Pitt Make a Difference Day
Saturday Oct. 16
This is a big service event for the entire University to take part in.

THURSDAY (9/9) - Sickle Cell Awareness Day Training for Sunday’s event. Meet @ 4:45 PM.

FRIDAY (9/10) - JDRF Walk in Schenley Park Set-up. Meet @ 4:30 PM.

SATURDAY (9/11) - JDRF Walk in Schenley Park. We will be working food stations and kids games. We’re not taking part in the walk but helping run it. Meet @ 7:15... AM.

SUNDAY (9/12) - Sickle Cell Disease Awareness Day @ Kennywood Park. This event requires the training taking place on Thursday. Meet @ 8:10 AM.

Social this week: ULTIMATE FRISBEE!!! Friday 6 pm

o Flyering (3-4 pm) – Meet at 3 pm to help us spread the word about Circle K

o Oakland Trash Pick-Up (10-11 am) – Meet at 9:50 am to help us clean up the streets
o Motor “Sickle” Ride (9-4 pm) – Meet at 8:45 am

SUNDAY
o Nursing Home Bingo (1:30-3:30 pm) – Meet at 12:45 pm and don’t forget your Pitt ID!!
